Morgan Fairchild is an American actor. The actress was born Patsy McClenny, on February 3, 1950. The actress gained fame in the late 70s and early 80s through her roles on a variety of programs on television, in which she was seen as a glamourous actress. Fairchild began her career as Jennifer Pace in Search for Tomorrow which was the CBS show that aired on a daytime basis from 1973 until 1977. Following her appearance in Dallas the show, in which she portrayed Jenna Wade as the very first actress in primetime and then moved to the NBC program Flamingo Road. For this role she was nominated a Golden Globe Award in 1980 for the best Actress in a Television Series - Drama. She co-starred on ABC's shortlived premiertime comedy Paper Dolls. Then between 1985 and 1986 she portrayed the attorney Jordan Roberts as part of Falcon Crest. Fairchild was actively involved in theatre as well as in the roles of guest stars for TV shows such Roseanne, Cybill and Friends as well as Murphy Brown.
