Andrea Elson
Andrea Hope Elson was an American actor. Elson began her career as a child model and actress. The most well-known TV role was Alice Tyler, on CBS' science fiction series. Andrea auditioned and won the role that she played Lynn Tanner on the hit show ALF (1986). After a string of successful years on television shows that were a hit after which she quit the entertainment industry to raise her family. ALF occurred during a difficult time for Andrea Elson, who played Lynn Tanner, the teenage daughter of Kate and Willie. People reported in 2000 Elson's struggles to grow as a woman before the audience of sitcoms. The green-eyed New York City actress was born on March 6, 1970. Her father was employed in the field of advertising, and she grew in a world of travel because of him. Andrea had lived in New York as well as Chicago, San Diego and Los Angeles before she turned ten. While in San Diego Andrea got an agent and won the first part she attempted to audition for. Fusco supported the show's premise, saying that "ALF is at 285 years old and can drink beer he's old enough. The moment that ALF became much more popular with kids, NBC warned Fusco not to drink alcohol in the presence of youngsters. Fusco was convinced that ALF was able to do this, even as an adult, was capable of doing this. Alcohol... is death. In 1995, he was diagnosed with lymphoma which was effectively treated, and continued to be in remission until 2019. The cancer died on June 26, 2019 at the age of 75. He died at the Lillian Booth Actors Home in Englewood New Jersey.
