Amal Clooney

Amal Alamuddin Clooney was born in Beirut, Lebanon. The Arabic word that means "hope" is'ml. Her age was two when her family moved from Lebanon to Buckinghamshire from Lebanon in the Lebanese Civil War. Ramzi Alamuddin is a Lebanese Druze who hails from Baakline which is a village located within the Chouf District of the Alam al-Din dynasty. He earned an MBA at the American University of Beirut. The award she received was the Jack J. Katz Memorial Award in recognition of excellence in entertainment law.
